Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight is the latest release of the game from Command & Conquer series. This game was released on 16th March, 2010. It includes the final chapter of the game “The Kane Saga”.
In this series of Command & Conquer, the new DRM is introduced that constantly requires Internet access. This new technology was introduced to put a stop on piracy. This series will also utilize EA’s own servers rather than Gamespy the same which was done in the earlier series of Command & Conquer. All the series of Command & Conquer is published by Electronic Arts. The game has a Real-time Strategy genre.
Darkly lit cut scenes and an excellent soundtrack create a great atmosphere for the game. This series has worked on its online mode and makes it very enjoyable. It gives a skirmish touch to the game. This series is not similar to the earlier series of Command & Conquer. In this one the player has to gain more nodes than its enemy in order to win the match. The player has to capture maximum nodes that are spread all around the map. In this series there are two factions which are playable. They are the GDI and Brotherhood of Nod. Kane which is the highlighting feature of this game appears to be trained by the GDI.
Both the factions are differentiated into three upgradable classes, they are offence, support and defense. Each of the classes have their own specialized focus. The villain of this series is so dark shaded that his intense stair can even pierce your soul. The Tiberian Twilight strikes the player by its reinvented mechanics that is somewhat similar to the earlier versions of the game. Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight (PC) provides you offline encounters, single player mode and online battles. Unlike various strategy based games the Tiberian Twilight rewards you with knowledge that you have gained during their activities in every mode.
Going to new levels in this series means new powers, new units and new upgrades. All these you can take into any of the modes which you like. The deciding factor of the game is where after some tutorial games you have to make a decision. Stick to the law abiding GDI which means Global Defense Initiative or to side with Kane and join the Brotherhood. Brotherhood of Nod has a sociopathic leader which is Kane. Kane is a savior to all the cult of blind followers who are seeking ascension. To experience Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight (PC) in its best form you must play multiplayer battles or at least engage in skirmishes with AI. Combat roles are one of the games most captivating elements. The Domination mode is the only mode in the Tiberian Twilight in which the player has to select one of the armies, either Nod or GDI and then fight for power over the Tiberium Control Network.
Skirmishes can get very interesting when both the teams are inching closer to victory and both the teams want to gain control over each other’s towers. Matches will keep you occupied until and unless you don’t unlock every unit and upgrade that is available. It will take some a few hours and for others a few days.
