Guild wars 2 is a fantasy game falling in the genre of MMORPG. Unlike most the games that claim to be great by their trailers and in the beta versions but once you start playing the full version, they grow boring and dull by offering you functions like swinging the sword and getting happy about it – childish. You are told that you are being attacked by your enemies but you are unable to see those hidden enemies.

In Guild wars 2 it is not so – you can see your enemies marching towards the towns, destroying everything completely and you have varied options to act as you wish. Whatever you do has an impact i.e. every character goes through development as per ‘cause and effect theory’ – whatever you do or decide to do has a serious and permanent consequence that cannot be altered or reversed once committed.

In this frame Guild wars 2 inculcates the roots of deciding wisely and sagaciously in the players real lives, making them more realistic and practical once they are done with the game. In most of the games, players feel happy about their favorite character winning and succeeding but Guild wars 2 has been designed in such a way which makes the players become characters of the game, experiencing it personally. The world of Guild wars 2 is perfectly handcrafted and closer to natural setting. Nothing seems alien. The mammoths are designed to evoke curiosity, suspense and thrill.

The fights have more brandished story line with more realistic feel. It permits you to choose a character from amongst the eight professions and five races. Professions are classified into three sub-classes i.e. scholars, adventurers and soldiers who can use the light, medium and heavy armor, respectively.   Guild wars 2 emphasizes on quality rather than quantity. It uses the instanced method of telling the story which really adds to the beauty of how the game proceeds. It focuses not on quests but on the actions of the player which bring a change in the whole scenario.

The story of Guild wars 2 revolves around the confrontation of dreadful and gigantic dragons against human beings. Power politics and hypocrisy in humans has resulted in their downfall, cities being destroyed and need to be rebuilt, a vacuum of power is created as a result of all these internal intrigues. In a wishful advancement different creatures willing to take over the power from human are marching towards Tyria. Will you not like to come to the front line and prove the mental as well as physical superiority of humans above all other creatures especially these detestable creatures?

It is all new and real 3Dimensional World experience. Guild wars 2, being thoroughly different from the competing games in the market offering you to see all the combat with your naked eyes – bridges falling down, cities being burnt and destroyed and you are not as helpless as you are in other games.  You can resist it with the brain power – the power of strategy and wise decision making. Guild wars 2 is really a worth play!
